At Vizonsportz, we ensure every product is verified and packed with care. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility
✓ We Accept Returns When
Eligible Conditions
- ✓The product received is defective or damaged
- ✓The product received is incorrect (wrong item sent)
- ✓Issue reported within 24 hours of delivery
- ✓An unboxing video is provided as proof
✗ We Do Not Accept Returns For
Not Eligible
- ✗Change of mind or personal preference after dispatch
- ✗Products that have been used or washed
- ✗Minor colour or appearance variations from product images

How to Raise a Return Request

2Share your order number, unboxing video, and photos of the issue.

3Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

4If approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to courier the item back.
Section 03
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before the product is packed and dispatched.
- Once a packing video has been shared with you via WhatsApp, the order is non-cancellable.
- To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 90804 99122.

Refund Process
Once a return is approved and the product is received and inspected:

Original Payment
Refund is credited back to the original payment method — UPI or Bank Transfer.
Timeline
5–7 Business Days
Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval and inspection.
Shipping Cost
Customer's Expense
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted for defective or incorrect products only.
- Exchanged items are dispatched after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Availability of the replacement product is subject to stock.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
Shuttlecocks (opened packs)
Grip Tapes (used)
Strings (if restrung or installed)
Sale or Discounted Items (unless defective)
